I wanna check you for ticks

So we decided to go camping this weekend because Brian got a camper while he was working in Wyoming and we still hadn't used it down here. Anyways, we had a blast. I got a few pictures that I'll post on here, too. Otto and Molli are true characters haha! They had so much fun just running around and not worrying about a thing. Otto finally got to do some swimming (Brian was a nervous wreck about gators for a while, we only saw one, but he calmed down after me and dad got in the water, too). O ya, dad came down on Saturday but left after dinner, we did a little fishing with no luck though. We saw some bass chasing shad but we still didn't catch anything. Since this was our first camping experience in our own camper by ourselves, we realized that our parents really knew what they were doing...we didn't have anything!!! Haha, have you ever tried to cook eggs and bacon with only a knife? or made a can of beans and eat them with just a knife? good thing my dad stopped by today because he made us some spoons lol! Unfortantly we had to leave a day early though because some pretty bad weather headed our way! 50 mph winds and lightining/thunder storms. We were blessed with great weather yesterday and all day today! O, and did I forget to mention that I pulled almost 10 ticks off of Brian, so far. None on me yet...

Ok, here's the story on the the grill/fireplace-we got out there, thinking we didn't need to take the fire pit, but it turned out there was a "burn ban" and you couldn't have a fire on the ground! So thank God Brian had an extra little (like 1 foot across) grill that we could have a little fire in!
Brian cooking eggs and bacon Saturday morning (with a knife!) on our 1960's vintage stove-looove it!
B-ri fishing...didn't catch much! Ok, we didn't get anything!
Otto being a good boy and not getting in the water...

Molli being a good girl...not getting in the H2O just yet...
The beautiful Ocklawaha River
My Pops throwin a pole!
I've got a little story line for these next few pictures, so follow along...
1. Brian would through a stick and Otto would go all the way out in the river and get it, while Molli stayed close to land, when he got close enough, she would jump (literally-like a kangaroo!) into the water and go steal the stick from him.
2. Brian would then try to chase Molli to get the stick back-she did not want him to have it.
3.Brian would try to sweet talk her out of the stick. (never worked haha)

4. Then Brian would start to get mad at her...

5. Eventually he would work it out of her mouth and be able to through it again for Otto and repeat 1-5! (thanks to Richelles comment, I need to add that: even if we got a different stick for Otto, Molli would drop the stick she had just to get the new stick that Otto got...she didn't really want to play with the stick, she just wanted to play keep away from the boys lol!)

Silly puppy...you closed your eyes!

Molli as a puppy

I just wanted to put some more photos up for everyone! Thanks for stopping by!

Wanna see something funny?

After Christmas last year, Dad, Brian, and I went to Trina and Chris's new lake house in Inverness...well we were all really bored and as most of you know-I love board games, so I talked everyone in to playing a game called moods. In this game, you have to draw a card that has a phrase on it and then roll dice and the number will tell you how you have to say the phrase on the card. So, Dad pulls out a card and it says "You have a body like a meatloaf", he then rolled the dice and the number he rolled meant he had to say it "like he was in love". Anyways...even if the rules don't make sence, just watch the video...its pretty hilarious (he was saying to Chris). O, and he wouldn't say it "like he was in love" at first, so you can hear me and Trina telling him to say it right. Sorry, but I could only get it on here sideways....

iPhone apps....

Ok so I'm trying to find an application that will allow me to blog straight from my phone, I'm not having much luck though! Some are upwards of $10! I would rather just use the computer haha. The one I'm using now is a "lite" version, so I can type but not add photos....hopefully someone out there will make an affordable app that can upload pics!

I don't have much to say today but I just wanted to put it out there to keep our economy and service women and men in our prayers!

Dee and Ashley after getting ready
for the Wedding!

Ok so one of my good friends got married this weekend! YAY DEE AND ERIC!! You both looked so great and Brian and I were so honored to be a part of it! We couldn't ask for better friends! The ceremony was on the St. Johns River and the reception was at the Shrine Club, the colors were canary yellow and coral orange-very spring-y! Her maid of honor was Meghan (her sister in-law) and the best man was Justin...I have new pictures coming soon, I promise, so check back. It was so much fun and such a pretty wedding! Congrats! O ya, and I caught the bouquet haha.
Ashley and I getting our makeup done!
you know me...I had to eat something,
good thing the bride didn't catch
me, cuz I was already in my bridesmaid dress!

Let's see how this goes....

This is the first time I've "blogged" so hang in there. We'll see what happens with it and hopefully I can keep it current enough...maybe even get Brian to write sometimes too haha! Just check back to see whats up in our lives anytime...if we're slackin..let me know!
