losing it...

Here's a pic a little lighter...
Here's the biggest I got...

So as most everyone knows, I gained about 50 pounds when I moved down south and I recently lost about 25 of those pounds...I'm still working out and eating right buuuuut I lost another 10 pounds and I'm starting to feel a little smaller finally! I thought I'd post a recent pic of me (and my friend Kendria, from her sisters bachelorette party on Friday night) just to show the progress...and I guess I'll post an old pic too lol.

I just wanted to post a pic of our hibiscus plant out front! Even though the dogs lay in the flower bed, they are still doing great!

The other night Brian took me out for dinner and a movie. We saw Taking of Pelham 123 (or something like that) and I'm not a huge fan of John Travolta but I am a huge fan of Denzel Washington and it was a pretty awsome movie! You should go see it...

Happy Father's Day!

For fathers day, my dad and I went out to St. Augustine and went to Gander MT and then we went a looked for sharks teeth on Valono Beach, little did we know that we would find a whole shark haha. Well its a baby shark but it was still really cool! I thought it was a hammer head, but Brian corrected me when I showed him the pics and it's actually a shovel head shark. I'd never heard of one before but look it up, they're pretty cool!
Here's a pic of a sharks tooth that we found.

Summer time and the livin's easy..

Awww... summer time in Florida...I know, it's been a while since we last blogged, I did start a new job though so give me a little bit of a break! I did want to post some pics on here of what we have been working at in our yard though...Here are some key limes that we planted in March and they are already producing! We are so excited! It usually takes a few years before fruit trees produce any blooms and especially any fruit so we are very fortunate that this little tree is already putting fruit out! The tree is only about 1 foot tall...maybe 2 feet.

Here are some HOT HOT HOT pink habiscus flowers that my dad and I planted in front of the house, we had two pretty small bushes but they are both putting on a lot of flowers....the only bad thing is that the dogs think this is where they are suppose to lay, so they've broken a limb off of one of them and dug up the roots on our azaelia plant, one day we will have the back yard fenced off from the front yard and maybe then our garden can survive...does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the dogs out of there until we get the fence put up?
