A day with Shane...

All last week Shane kept asking if he could spend the day with me and we had to wait until my next day off, well today is that day! For those of you who dont know yet, Shane is our friends Melissa and Shawns son. He's five and he's hilarious! If you ask him what his favorite smell is, he'll tell you its Subway...he's silly, but guess where we had to eat today? SUBWAY haha! Anyways, another tradition we have when their kids come to our house is they eat butterscotch chocolate chips all day, so of course we've eaten about half a bag today. I mean, his fave place is Subway, so he likes healthy stuff too! I completely spaced out about taking pics today but I just took this one of him sleeping, so precious!

Haha, ya I posed this pic, but we went into Subway wearing these today, it's hard to keep them on but he thought they were hilarious (and they were only a $) So I had to get us some.

A Good Way to Start the Summer!

Today we took out Dosh and Pappys boat and jet skis for the first time this year and it was such a blast! They have a tube and a knee board and water skis, plus a few jet skis...today we only took the boat and one jet ski, the tube and the water skis. Here are a few pics from today...

Hello Brian!

And then tonight Shane and Briana are staying the night-Briana went out with some of her friends and we took Shane to eat at Burger King...he's a funny funny kid!

Brian is such a great Uncle, friend, boyfriend....

Brian and I have made really good friends with Melissa and Shawn Parish for about the past year now and their three kids are just amazing! All of them call him Uncle Brian and me Aunt Sarah (they took this upon their selves, most of their aunt and uncles live really far away so we are as close as it gets!). Since Brian is so far away from his niece and I'm no where close to my nephews and nieces, it's nice to have someone who looks up to you! By no means does this replace any of our nieces or nephews but it's still fun! These are some picutres I took of Brian and Shane wrestling on Friday after Melissa and Briana left for the Bahamas! (I wanna go back so bad haha...I'll get some of those pics up on here too!)
